A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

We had a lot of questions for being first time renters and he was more then happy to answer every single one. Very professional and friendly, definitely recommend him if you’re looking to rent soon. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Daniel and his team took over the sale of our property from another agent and within 8 days we accepted an offer (asking price). Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.
30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

They were professional, proactive, and clearly knew the local rental market extremely well. Within a short time, they secured a reliable tenant who met all my requirements, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. They made the entire process stress-free, from marketing the property to referencing and final paperwork, everything was managed seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property. Truly a 5-star service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

The buying turned out to take longer than expected, but throughout the process, Ashley and his team communicated proactively and were able to keep things moving.
