27th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)I recently sold a property through Hamptons Esher. Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.
3rd Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I am a qualified and accredited landlord, but I preferred to leave the advertising, viewing, and initial vetting to a reputable local agent in the immediate vicinity of the rental property. The reasons for this were the considerable time required for these processes, the reassurance of third party vetting, and the fact that the property lacked the parking facilities of nearby similar properties making it a more difficult proposition. Aimee and Allison of the lettings team at Paul Meakin successfully let the property at just 5% below the initially estimated rental. At all times, they gave prompt personal attention to any developments, whilst also demonstrating their in depth knowledge of the local lettings market. From my chats with them about the coming changes within the Renters' Rights Act 2025, it was apparent that they were also keeping up to date with developments. I would be happy to use their services again in the future if the need arises.

The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

10th May 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Charlie, Tina and Tanya were outstanding throughout the entire process. Despite a few challenging personalities in the chain, the team at Homes remained diligent, professional and consistently proactive. Their communication was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homes for any of their services.
6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Tracy and Charlotte at Williams were absolutely fantastic, they really helped us out. For context, we were moving out of the flat I was selling and there was only a week between exchange and completion; we’d been looking at places to rent but annoyingly couldn’t sign anything until after exchange, so it was a tight turnaround. Tracy met with us on the Thursday night (the day before exchange) to show us around a really nice 3 bedroom house in Petersfield and was very understanding of our situation, having met with us the week before to show us 2 other properties. When we finally got the all clear, Tracy and Charlotte worked with us and the landlord to get everything in place for us (contracts, references, inventory – and whatever else behind the scenes!). Charlotte confirmed on Wednesday that we’d be able to move in on the Friday, which was a HUGE relief and a fantastic turnaround time of just 7 days. Through it all, Tracy and Charlotte were both incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly, we felt very well looked after and would absolutely recommend them both (and Williams of course)!
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.
24th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)First class experience with Darren at Billingham Martin not only doing a great job helping me with the purchase but also went well out of his way to provide excellent service for both me and the buyer through to the end of the full process including mediating between solicitors to keep things moving and with solid after care post completion. Not your average high street estate agent and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell who wants an honest, professional and reliable estate agent.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The reviews speak for themselves! We’ve recently purchased a house from them and genuinely can’t recommend them enough…if I could give more than 5 stars I would! We initially weren’t sure whether we wanted to rent or buy and had contacted a few different companies in the area/went in and provided our details (I heard back from none of them except for Hetti at Ralph James within an hour of contacting them). She is the reason we now have a house! Her communication was excellent, she is transparent, friendly and very trustworthy. I will only use RJ in future! Thank you Hetti! I would also highly recommend using their suggestions for solicitors and mortgage broker, both of which were excellent.
