There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

Her knowledge of the local market was second to none, and from the moment the chain came together she kept us updated and informed at every step. We wouldn’t hesitate in strongly recommending Verity and Savills to anyone in the area.

25th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I would recommend avoiding Burn & Warne at all costs. I am glad the documentary is being made about this company and the horrible landlords they protect. Looking at the reviews, it’s clear they have attacked multiple vulnerable tenants and I would recommend the mother mentioned who has been served a section 21 to contact ACORN to discuss- 14th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Cubitt & West.<br><br>Huge thanks to Zofia for all her help throughout the process. I viewed a few properties with her and she was always professional, straightforward, and gave honest, helpful advice.<br><br>She was quick to respond, kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made sure nothing was left outstanding. Overall, it felt well managed and much less stressful than I’d expected. I’d happily recommend them.
10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We’ve owned in Cobham most of the last 32 years, and whilst we’ve had spells overseas, Cobham, and our cottage, have been home for a long time. So deciding to sell was a really big step. There are a number of good well established Agents on the high street, but what really distinguished Curchods was their commitment to follow through on what they said; their understanding of the market; and having decided to sell ‘off market’ they really did have the contacts and network of buyer interest to be able to make the sale happen. Curchods have been in Cobham a long time, they were patient, understanding, and very professional…and Jemima Hogg particularly was super supportive and worked hard for us (and the buyer) to keep the sale moving to Completion. We’ve closed a chapter, and there’s much we’ll miss about Cobham, but we move on with great memories, and truly grateful to Curchods for making the whole selling process a smooth one. Thankyou.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Excellent service from Mel and his team. I met Mel along with other high street agents in dealing with my Grandmothers property following her passing. Mel stood out in his extensive knowledge of the area, no nonsense approach and straight up advice. He didn't overcomplicate anything and was very down to earth, and explained the process clearly, and didn't put any unnecessary pressure on during what was a distressing time for us as a family. Mel had the property marketed, and people to view within a matter of weeks and the first viewer took the property. We were updated on the progress throughout by Mel, always felt at ease and nothing was ever too much trouble. Phones calls and questions always answered and replied to and we were well looked after with utmost efficiency and professionalism. His years of experience definitely shone through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mel and the team at Hipps to anyone.

They worked hard to find a buyer, then the hard work really started when we found there was a problem with one of the buyers in the chain, and their estate agent dropped the ball. Victoria and Amalia kept chasing throughout and their communication was spot on. I would 100% recommend McCarthy Holden to anyone looking to buy or sell in Fleet.

Quick to respond, honest (which was a rare breathe of fresh air) completely non-pushy and found us a genuinely quality pool of property options and although we ultimately purchased a property elsewhere, if I could have bought that property through her I would have. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property!
