Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

She was prompt in responding to every enquiry and any question I had. A viewing was arranged quickly, and once I fell in love with the flat, the whole process was completed in no time. Aneesah guided me through every stage with professionalism, clarity and genuine commitment to her work. Her support made everything smooth and stress free. 11th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)From start to finish the experience of purplebricks was terrible and more stressful than the process demands. They used a cut and paste description of the property that was completely false and uninformative, alongside photos that were missing to cover the rooms properly. This meant we had to write the description and take our own pictures despite us having paid for them to perform this service. Once the house finally went live onto the portal they had it listed over the value we had agreed. Purplebricks were not helpful in getting feedback after viewings and a key issue is that the portal does not allow to block out days on the calendar. This meant that we were getting viewing requests when we were on holiday that we were unable to rearrange. I would not recommend to anyone looking to sell, the cost saving of using this provider is reflected in their disinterest in proactively marketing and selling your property as they have already been paid.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
