Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

Flawless service. Response in a timely manner. Friendly staff and support throughout a stressful situation. James went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. Referred to Solicitors (which were also exceptional) If you need an estate agents... Cornerstone cant come recommended enough. Thanks!
15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)We have just found a place to rent in Leeds using Hunters. It has been tricky with some other agents to book viewing appointments but Hunters were able to fit us in on Saturdays which was very helpful. Once we agreed the tenancy Jasmine and Katie have both been very patient and happy to take any questions we had. Thanks to them.
5th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

7th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!

It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. I would highly recommend them.

Their knowledge and professionalism have helped me more than I can say. Not only are they excellent at what they do, but their opening hours are longer than anyone else’s allowing people to ring in the evening. My sale had some challenges and these were met by Emma Mitchell in an outstanding way. Having her to help me made a huge, huge difference and I can’t thank her enough. So, to Ben, Victoria, Lauren and Richard and all the team I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for the patience you showed me. I look forward to selling properties with you in the future.

11th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)From start to finish the experience of purplebricks was terrible and more stressful than the process demands. They used a cut and paste description of the property that was completely false and uninformative, alongside photos that were missing to cover the rooms properly. This meant we had to write the description and take our own pictures despite us having paid for them to perform this service. Once the house finally went live onto the portal they had it listed over the value we had agreed. Purplebricks were not helpful in getting feedback after viewings and a key issue is that the portal does not allow to block out days on the calendar. This meant that we were getting viewing requests when we were on holiday that we were unable to rearrange. I would not recommend to anyone looking to sell, the cost saving of using this provider is reflected in their disinterest in proactively marketing and selling your property as they have already been paid.

Received an appointment to view a flat very quickly and had confirmation that we were successful in securing the flat the next morning. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
