We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

We sold and bought a property through them, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, keeping us fully informed at every stage, and their level of service was impeccable. We also used their solicitors’ service, which was equally superb – everything handled promptly and professionally. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Five-star service with a genuine personal touch – Christine and Alex simply can’t be beaten! And to top it all off, they offered the most competitive pricing on the market. They did a great job with the photos and the listing, and provided regular updates and excellent communication throughout. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently, but the person who truly made the sale seamless was Phoebe. She was outstanding throughout — proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive at every stage. Not only did they achieve £10,000 above the original valuation, but Phoebe dealt brilliantly with the issues caused by the buyer’s solicitor, keeping everything on track and taking a huge amount of stress off me. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and I always felt confident that my sale was in the best possible hands. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend both Phoebe and the team to anyone looking to sell their home.

As a first-time buyer, I initially saw a house that was slightly above my price range, but when I rang, James encouraged me to view it anyway and said it was worth putting an offer in if I liked it, and I’m so glad I did, because my offer was accepted! James oversaw the sale from start to finish, and the whole process was completed in under 7 weeks, which was amazing. I actually found myself contacting the estate agents more than my own solicitor, as they were so proactive in helping me get everything I needed! Even organising the fixing of a window to keep things moving smoothly. The people who showed me around on multiple viewings, mostly at weekends, were so lovely and really made me feel at ease while looking around, which made a big difference as the space felt comfortable instantly. The team were really professional, highly responsive, and seemed to genuinely care about both their customers and buyers. I feel very lucky that the house I purchased was being sold through Beadnall Copley, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. I would highly recommend them.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.

22nd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again
