Firstly and most Importantly if you read this review, stop and pick up the phone to Monarch. I can guarantee you the next few things. 1. Your call/queries will be answered promptly. 2. Your chances of speaking to your own team handling your conveyancing are exceptionally high. 3. Your legal work will be done for you quickly, efficiently and personally. All of the above I have found incredibly lacking and indeed at times non existent in my last few house sales and purchases. I've been very stressed, left unknowing, can't get a reply and treated like the conveyancer was the one doing me a favour not that I was a valuable customer. The only quick and efficient part of the process being the final invoice!
