Adam delivered a smooth, stress-free process.

They kept us updated throughout the entire process, were always approachable, and never came across as pushy or sales-driven.<br><br>I will certainly be looking to use them when we decide to sell and move home.

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I decided to go with Christopher Stokes as they were the market leaders with the best stats in the area. I am so glad I did. The sales team were so supportive and helpful and I felt like I could ask them anything at any time. They printed off some of the paperwork I was struggling with and I was able to sit with Jon in their lovely air -conditioned office and have everything checked through. All of the sales team and staff were so friendly that I felt looked after which was so important at such a stressful time. Every step of the sales process from the initial meeting, the photography, viewings and through to conveyancing was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t recon them enough.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. 19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)We are first time buyers. Found a lovely home with no chain. Even still, we had some issues with the law firm which delayed the process to around 3 months. Parklane Property Agents were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We would like to especially thank (Amie) as she was a superstar. She gave great advice, her communication was next level and she was a real support throughout the whole process. We can’t recommend her and Parklane Property Agents enough. So reassuring that there are still some generally helpful and caring estate agents available these days Best estate agent by far !

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We didn't end up going ahead with our sale in the end - some family timing meant it wasn't the right moment for us - but I wanted to leave a review anyway because Tom was excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use him when we do sell.<br><br>He came across as genuinely thorough from the first meeting, not just a sales pitch. He talked us through the marketing price versus what we might actually achieve, was clear about how the launch and pre-launch process works, and didn't try to rush us into anything. When we told him our circumstances had changed, he was completely understanding and no pressure about it, which honestly says a lot about how he'd handle things once you're actually on the market too.<br><br>If you're weighing up agents in the Edmonton area, I'd put him on your shortlist. Thorough, straightforward, no hard sell.
