13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Savills Henley and wanted to leave a review from a buyer’s perspective, as most reviews tend to come from sellers.<br><br>The purchase was particularly complex, but the team at Savills Henley were extremely professional, helpful and communicative throughout the process.<br><br>A particular thank you to Charles, who was excellent to deal with, very personable and played a critical role in helping the purchase progress smoothly despite the challenges involved.<br><br>Overall, a great experience with a professional and approachable team. I would certainly look forward to doing more business with Savills Henley in the future.<br><br>Highly recommended!

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.

From the initial advice from Tom to the sale agreed by Simon and with help from Damian the whole process was flawless . I have also used their Lettings team for many years and they were always extremely professional and efficient. I cannot fault this Estate Agent and highly recommend them.

She really is a lovely person and very kind while also being 100% professional and totally proactive which is vital to see everything through to completion. Throughout the entire process Kate was the only agent who regularly kept in touch with the whole chain, holding all the different threads together when everything seemed to be at a standstill. Then my friend had the good fortune to find a house that was about to be marketed by Kate. My friend had the bright idea to contact Kate to let her know the sort of house they were looking for, and by an incredible stroke of luck she had exactly the right house just about to come on to the market. From then on everything went smoothly for my friend, with Kate actively keeping in touch and lifting spirits during what could have been an incredibly stressful time. Thank you Kate, of all the estate agents I've ever met, you really are the best.

He explained every aspects to ensure marketability, right rent, what wins & what fails and recent legislation changes. He had put the property on the market with specific details that are important to the prospects, which in turn resulted in confirming a tenant within a week. Subsequently, other staff at Parkers Reading ensured the entire let process was flawless. I would choose Parkers again for sure.
