She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We have recently sold our mother’s house. Of the three agents shortlisted, we chose Ballards due to high street presence and their enthusiasm and approach. This included Ryan who is dedicated to progressing the sale through to completion.<br><br>We agreed the particulars quickly, had viewings booked within a day and an immediate offer of the asking price. We used Conway solicitors (introduced by Ballards). The entire process was faultless and very fast as the buyers were keen to move quickly.<br><br>We completed on the sale less than 6 weeks after the house going on the market. Thank you to Ryan, Harry and the team at Ballards for ensuring a successful outcome for both parties.

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.- 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Ben and the team at Ballards were fantastic at helping us with the sale of our property and also the purchase of our new property. Having everything under one roof was seamless. Ben was always only a phone call away and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

She was always available at whatever time (frequent 10pm email conversations!) and even when she was abroad for a few days when we completed. We had a very complicated purchase during which Sara communicated with solicitors, other estate agents, vendors living abroad, and our purchasers to make everything happen with a great deal of tact and common sense. Our purchase and sale would not have happened without her.

They gave us clear and practical advice, kept us informed throughout the process and responded promptly whenever we had a question.<br>Their support made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. We particularly appreciated the personal service, attention to detail and the care taken to find suitable tenants for the property. It was reassuring to know that everything was being handled efficiently and professionally.<br>I would happily recommend Parkers to other landlords looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

The team was consistently responsive, helpful and reassuring, keeping me informed throughout and making the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>What impressed me most was that the service never felt merely transactional. There was a genuine sense of care, attention and willingness to help, combined with the efficiency and professionalism you would expect from a first-class agency. Every interaction was handled promptly and courteously, and I always felt that I was in very capable hands.<br><br>It is increasingly rare to come across this combination of excellent communication, genuine support and consistently high professional standards. Winkworth delivered all three.<br><br>A sincere thank you to the entire team for making the experience such a positive one. No question was ever too much, and they really felt like allies in what can be quite a lengthy and stressful process. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I contacted Matt Davies to view a property in mid May. After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.- 18th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Jo Sutton was exceptional. We had a protracted sale, but Jo was energetic, engaged and pulled the chain together and managed to get it all over the line. No mean achievement in the circumstances!
