Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I’ve had an excellent experience with Fox & Sons over the past year, and I want to give particular recognition to Isaac, their mortgage services consultant, who has been genuinely outstanding throughout the entire process. From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. Buying a property can be a very stressful experience — especially as a first?time buyer — but Isaac’s input made navigating the process far less daunting.<br><br>Isaac's professionalism, dedication, and genuinely pleasant approach made a huge difference to my experience. They were extremely accommodating when arranging viewings and went the extra mile to make things easier for us during a very stressful time. Would highly recommend and use them in the future. Debbie and all of her team have been amazing and every member of the company has been a joy to interact with.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Based on our experience, I would not use Charters again and would struggle to recommend them. If communication, proactive management and support throughout the whole process are important to you, I would think very carefully before choosing them.

The estate agent rules state; "Estate agent boards should only be displayed inside the boundaries of the property and should not be displayed anywhere else such as the road. Displaying them anywhere outside of the property is illegal."

Communication was excellent at every stage, both with my wife and I as landlords and with our tenants. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly and with a genuine level of care.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how approachable and reliable the whole team were. We always felt that our property and our tenants were in safe hands, and that everyone involved was being treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marco Harris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company. A genuinely excellent team and a first class service from start to finish.

Sale board and listing removed without my knowledge or consent. If i could claim my money back i would but they wont respond to any emails letters or Complaints
