Wish you could choose your own star rating, we don't think 5 is enough. As soon as Andy came to do our sale valuation we knew we were using KW. Everything is 'discussed' with you, you are never talked down to like the other valuers we asked. We bought and sold with KW, and with one thing after another going wrong this hasn't been the easiest job they've ever done, but Andy and Caz always had a smile on their faces and an encouraging word. Rented a 2 bed lovely flat. There were two burnt marks on the living room carpet before I moved in. The lovely lady that showed me and my daughter pointed out the marks to us and I replied it's fine as I really loved the flat. The lady I handed the keys back to the flat yesterday and is the same lady who went round the flat with me before I moved in. Made a note of the burnt marks yet yesterday accused me of burning the carpet with wax. I am not happy been accused of something the last tenant did. Also I was promised an inventory of the flat as at the time they only had one. Was promised it would be dropped back off at the flat I never received it.... Read more
