We were abroad during the sale and Aidan was a fantastic help in ensuring the sale went through in a few months. No matter what time of the day he made himself available to speak and guide us through each step. Probably the best experience I have ever had with an individual estate agent.

I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Alex was extremely communicative and supportive, helping to navigate through some challenging complexities with HelpToBuy and the flats Management companies. This was handled with professionalism and knowledge, helping to make the process as stress free as possible. We are so grateful for both Mark and Alex for everything they did and all their hard work. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.

I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable. Buying through shared ownership on my own felt almost impossible at times, and as a single buyer it was that bit harder and more competitive. Incredibly, he picked my name out of a hat on a whim and that one decision completely changed my life. From there, he went above and beyond. He kept everything moving, communicated constantly, and supported me through every step. I truly believe that without James’ dedication and persistence, I’d still be renting now. When he handed me the keys, his genuine care really showed and that’s what makes him such an exceptional estate agent. Thank you for changing my life for the better. Forever grateful ????
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were very friendly to deal with, communication was excellent and I felt like I was in good hands.
