10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Although Flora and Adam were the estate agents acting for the seller rather than for us, they were both excellent throughout the entire process.<br><br>From the very beginning, Flora went above and beyond. She was incredibly responsive, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and contacted us straight away when a property that perfectly matched our needs became available. Once we found our dream home, she did everything she could to help us get into a position to secure it. Her communication was exceptional—keeping us informed at every stage, arranging additional viewings, answering all our questions, and demonstrating impeccable professionalism and attention to detail throughout.<br><br>When the chain slowed down, Flora continued to do everything she could to help move things forward, putting in far more effort than we would ever have expected from an agent representing the seller. Adam was also a pleasure to deal with—professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever we spoke with him.<br><br>Together, they made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. We are incredibly grateful for all their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, with special thanks to Flora for her exceptional dedication and care.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!
31st Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.

10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.
4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

During the rental process, he was a wonderful bridge between us and the landlord, and we were able to complete the rental procedures quickly. Additionally, his communication style was always very polite and understanding. I would like to thank him here as well.

19th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I want to raise serious concerns regarding our experience with Fine & Country during a recent property purchase. We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness. We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.
8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We had originally signed a lease via Douglas & Gordon which was transferred to Foxtons, and the service was genuinely abominable. While we were not a direct client, we wouldn’t touch Foxtons with a 10 foot pole for any buying/renting needs due to our end of tenancy experience.<br><br>1. Tried to claim that they only had to provide a few hours notice to us for viewings when our contract stated 24 hours (as does the law)<br>2. Would schedule viewings and not inform us when they were cancelled unless we reached out to confirm. Additionally, would organize viewings and then cancel after the scheduled time when we had already vacated the flat for the viewing<br>3. Showed up 20 min early for a viewing when we were eating dinner and also showed up late for viewings (which is understandable with prospective clients but at least let the tenant know)<br>4. Hadn’t heard from Foxtons in almost a week (while keeping the flat ready for showings), so sent an email asking what the state of affairs was. This was not answered so went into the office and was told the flat had been let and was not notified<br>5. After check out, was supposed to be notified if there were any deductions to the deposit. Reached out after a month and Foxtons response was asking if a check out had been done (Foxtons organized it) and suspected it had never been sent to the landlord<br><br>Generally rude and unhelpful - would not recommend across the board.

19th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a poor experience with this agency. They booked us a viewing in Wandsworth, sending both a confirmation email and a reminder text on Saturday. Then, just 30 minutes before, they called to say it had been sent by mistake and the tenants wouldn't be home, after we'd already driven 40 minutes to get there. Not what you'd expect from a well-known agency.
