3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)An estate agents outside of Putney recommended Winkworth in Putney to me, saying Flora Clarke, Associate Director, and Russell, Director, were excellent. Flora has been outstanding, in our opinion, and has been so approachable, helpful, organised and professional. The flat was extremely problematic and could not have been much more difficult to sell, but Flora was undaunted, and managed to obtain a much higher price for it than anyone expected. She, and the rest of the the team at Winkworth, including Russell (who was also brilliant), were always available and on top of things. We are very grateful and obviously we highly recommend the team.
5th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Chestertons were keen and enthusiatic throughout the process, with great communication at all points. They were very knowledgable and helped resolve some of the conveyancing items for us at handover. Highly recommended.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!
31st Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.
11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Recently exchanged on a stunning 2 bed flat with KFH Putney and couldn't be happier. The branch manager Josh Collins was instrumental in making the transaction happen, with his expertise in negotiating a favourable deal for both parties, which wasn't the easiest thing to do, given I put in an offer lower than the vendors originally wanted to accept. I would also like to give a big shoutout to our lovely sales negotiator Victoria Haugaard, who was very attentive, highly professional and helpful to my parents and I throughout the process and was great to work with both on and off the viewings. Highly recommend this team!
10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.
4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

During the rental process, he was a wonderful bridge between us and the landlord, and we were able to complete the rental procedures quickly. Additionally, his communication style was always very polite and understanding. I would like to thank him here as well.

19th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I want to raise serious concerns regarding our experience with Fine & Country during a recent property purchase. We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness. We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.
16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)?I currently rent with Foxtons, and the customer support is appalling. Our agent Harry and his manager Libby keep customer care at the bottom of their priority list. I have called multiple times, left emails, and left voicemails, all to be completely ignored.<br><br>?We were without a functioning bathroom for 5 months. A rental reduction was requested, acknowledged, and then ignored for months, honestly don't believe the request was ever even passed to the landlord. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy and have found new tenants for the flat, but again, we are being ignored.<br><br>?I have found the landlord's details and will contact him directly today just to get a response. Shocking service.
