This is the third transaction I’ve completed with them, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. From the outset, their advice on the selling price was spot on, which gave me real confidence in the process. Despite a challenging market, they generated a strong level of interest and kept me well informed throughout with clear weekly reports. Most importantly, a buyer was secured relatively quickly, and from that point on the sale was handled efficiently and professionally right through to completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.
18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted.
