26th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Since the last two months I have been marketing with Carringtons only three viewers view the place and nothing happened as the results and I have reduced the price twice still nothing happened . I am going to change them or add another estate agent to get involved .
5th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I had a very bad experience with them - looking at other reviews here, I am not alone. If you're consdiering this agency - as well as looking at those reviews, do ask yourself - if they cannot even be bothered to reply to any of these bad reviews, what are they going to be like if you give them your business? There are so many estate agencies out there, some of which are great, please do invest 10 minutes finding one...

30th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I had a very good experience with Adam Thomas and Shannon Brosnan. Most importantly, Shannon was able to sell my flat when other estate agents had failed. I tried with two others before coming to them and they got me a good price and a great buyer. I am so relieved and grateful. Shannon is kind and helpful and really easy to deal with. I cannot rate her highly enough. I would say if you need to sell or let a property in north London, go straight to them!

17th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. After agreeing to all terms, we proceeded exactly as instructed and even gave notice at our current home because the agency confirmed the deal was final. Then, at the last minute, they flipped the decision without any reasonable explanation. Their lack of responsibility has now left us in an extremely stressful situation. We trusted their word, made major life decisions based on their confirmation, and they showed zero professionalism or accountability. If you value your time, stability, and honest communication, avoid this agency. They made commitments, we acted on them, and they completely backed out—one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency.

They were not only friendly but also extremely helpful, making the entire process a pleasant and stress-free one. Their willingness to listen to my specific needs and preferences was evident, as they consistently provided options that aligned perfectly with what I was looking for. The agency's commitment to after-sale service is truly commendable. The fact that they go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied even after the rental agreement has been signed sets you apart in the real estate industry. Definitely, recommend your company.
5th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
