23rd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

17th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)The Longines Global Champions Tour in Chelsea, London is superbly organised! There are plenty of activities for kids, including horse riding and a great selection of fresh food and drinks. You can also purchase clothing and gear for horse riding on site. A fantastic event for families and horse enthusiasts — highly recommended!

29th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Hayley did an astounding job making sure we were kept updated throughout the buying process. This was a particularly long sales process but Hayley made sure the seller was on side at all times and all queries were answered as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Jo Webster for their friendly and efficient service.

15th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. I have already recommended them further and can only wish the company further success!

A huge thank you to Jack, Annie and Philippa for being so switched on and doing everything they could to help and support me through the sale. There is a welcoming friendly buzz in the Maidenhead office where things get done with proactive efficiency. On top of that they are just a really approachable and likeable team. Thank you RP Maidenhead and I appreciate all your help!

4th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)In reply to Caladrea Valari, I’ve seen the review and it’s not correct at all. I was the top of the chain and firstly I definitely didn’t hold up the exchange on the day. Jeremy and Abby were nothing short of fantastic with the sale of my property, there were two people in the chain which used internet solicitors (bad idea) who could never be reached and were very slow in any respect. Jeremy took it apon himself to constantly keep everyone in the loop, there is one point in your review which states the agents agreed the chain would have collapsed without intervention ( that intervention was Jeremy!) I used a main franchise agent before this sale which was not a great experience as at the end of the day they are on a salary whereas Jeremy is a sole agent and he wants to get you the sale. If you want someone to sell your house and go the extra mile then I would recommend Jeremy swan.

2nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)I highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.
13th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
17th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Mason is so vey helpful. We sold and bought a new house and Mason was there for us along the way. Guiding us and giving us lots great recombination's for processing the sale etc. He never gave up and was always very encouraging. Thank you so much Mason

He also went above and beyond his duties as an agent, giving advice and help with preparing the property for sale. I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone looking for an agent.
