24th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)I dealt with Angela and she went out of her way to assist me regarding a property I was interested in. She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.
10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

3rd Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)On deciding to rent my property i selected Dexters in Surbiton. The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.
2nd Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service. They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants. Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start. Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.

6th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Best Property Agency I have ever been with. I have stayed for rent in one of there property in the Wirral. They were very friendly and always helpful for all the queries and very quick responding.
This agent doesn't have any reviews- 17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Disgusting and unprofessional behavior from this property management company. In a clear act of retaliation after being replaced by adding over tens and thousands of service charges from five years ago—charges that were already paid— to all leaseholders and passed them onto the new management agent to pursue. This is not only unethical, it’s manipulative and misleading. Such conduct shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. It’s a disgrace to the profession and a warning to anyone considering doing business with this agent. Karma has a way of catching up, and this kind of behavior won’t go unnoticed. Avoid this agent at all costs. Do not engage, do not trust, and do not use their services.

She worked hard to show how it could look in a professional advisory stance. I was grateful to be listened to and helped along the way after residing here for over 30 years. I felt in safe hands with far superior help than the ‘pushy’ service I had from certain chain agents. As a single person of certain years, Charlotte Day Property looked after me. From the excellent photography and superb brochure - (and I can say I didn’t recognise my house as it was so good) Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and outstanding!
