They provide a personal service where only one person shows viewers around and has learnt everything about the property so any questions asked can be answered with confidence. We had 19 viewings and sold our property within a month of being advertised. Plus their charges included vat which the majority of other agents add on so that’s an immediate saving of 20%.

We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
