14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)This agency deserves a -5.<br>I experienced being selectively ignored regarding serious issues with the property I rent. Communication from my experienced haven’t been very good either. Emails get ignored and no one really chases up on issues you bring up the “work” done tends to be botched jobs that fall below standards and tenants are just expected to put up and shut up. can’t give no answer on speaking with the landlords to rectify issues unless you have to become persistent chasing them for answers and even then it runs the risk of being ignored. When I reported an ongoing issue for over 3 years I have experienced being told I was running the risk of the landlords selling up. Which was couple months ago. but if things do happen it tends to be botch jobs and masking over issues rather than fixing them. I have sat and read the reviews and Every single “negative” review is also something i have experienced too, my experiences with this agency hasn’t been the greatest unfortunately. If you do speak up be prepared to receive a threatening emails regarding legal action.

She also sourced life cover and buildings insurance. Jade was friendly and professional, and made it all a seamless process. I'll definitely be returning to Jade for more help in the future.

I had no hesitation in going back to them and instructing them with the sale some years later. Excellent service, professional advice and as a local independent agent they were able to manage the sale effectively and efficiently. Highly recommended if you are looking to buy or sell in Harborne/Edgbaston.
22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service. Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.

I took her advice all the way through the process and she even recommended a good solicitor too. Highly recommend sarah and her team she was very confident and personable though out. Easily 5 stars

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

7th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I recently bought a house as a first time buyer with Atkinson Stilgoe and had a very good experience with them. Kiyaa was great at dealing with any queries/ issues I had and they made the process as smooth as possible .
