17th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Visited this branch as we’re hoping to relocate to the area this summer and I wanted to see what we could get for our budget. The whole team were very helpful and enthusiastic, especially the branch manager who you could tell had a wealth of experience, and really made me feel more comfortable. This is a big move for my family and we’re looking forward to viewing properties with Ian and the team soon.
7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Very disappointing experience when calling to enquire about a rental viewing. The staff member was impatient, sighed repeatedly, raised her voice, and spoke to me in a condescending manner because I struggled to understand some questions in English. Newcomers and people whose first language is not English still deserve basic patience and respect. I ended the call feeling humiliated and will not be using this agency.
16th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Communication with the agency was easy and the staff were very helpful throughout the process. The only area that could be improved is the property advertising, which should be a bit better in terms of presentation and details.

From arranging the viewing to helping me through every stage of the process, he has always been friendly and professional, not to mention incredibly helpful too.<br><br>Even though my purchase hasn't completed yet, Charlie has kept me updated every step of the way, always responds to my questions and makes sure I'm informed about what's happening. Buying a property for the first time can be stressful, but his communication and support have made the process much smoother.<br><br>I really appreciate all the time and effort Charlie has put in so far and would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy a property. Thank you for all your help!

13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Extremely poor service from Jacob. Decided upon himself to alter the asking price without our consent. No apology when questioned. Very defensive attitude. Such a shame as the owner was very apologetic on his behalf and showed way more professionalism. Please learn to own your mistakes. Breach of contract so when we asked for an email to be sent to us removing our house sale and any liability when moving on to another agent he made excuses as being to busy to send a simple email. Really disappointing service and more concerning his attitude. Two days on and we are still waiting on the email!

The whole process was quick and easy and communication was excellent throughout. The team kept me updated every step of the way and made everything stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency and would strongly encourage anyone considering renting, buying or selling through them to think carefully.<br>After progressing through the rental application process, our application was withdrawn at the very last minute with little communication or explanation. We were then told that the landlord wanted to increase the rent. Despite agreeing to the higher rent to avoid losing the property, the agency failed to keep us informed of the outcome or provide any meaningful updates.<br>The lack of communication and consideration caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. We have two young children and had spent the weekend preparing for our move. We were around 90% packed and ready to leave, only to be left in limbo with no answers.<br>To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint about how the situation was handled, but no proper complaints procedure has been followed and no genuine attempt has been made to address or resolve my concerns.<br>I understand that landlords can change their minds and that not every tenancy proceeds as planned. However, the way this agency handled the situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacking in basic communication. A simple update or honest explanation would have made a significant difference.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. If you're looking to rent, buy or sell through them, be aware that communication and customer care may fall well below what you would reasonably expect.- 8th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Still in negotiation but up until now they have been great.
