Emily and her team were exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. It really does make all the difference to deal with consummate professionals! For the discerning buyer/seller - I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Batcheller Monkhouse. ??????
2nd Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)I let one of their employees cross the road in front of my car on Greyhound lane, SW16 yesterday. This guy decided to walk in the road, preventing me from driving and resulting in the lights turning red. This shows an arrogance and a lack of consideration for others. Don't sell your house with these (PROFANE LANGUAGE WAS CENSORED).
15th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.
20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Highly recommend Cubitt and West, particularly Lorraine who identified a property for us that we had missed on the property portals. Lorraine showed as round and we instantly fell in love with the property, we then went on to have our offer accepted. Communication so far has been excellent!

Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.- 28th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Impressed with the energy and enthusiasm from the moment we met Cailean, Matt and Maddie. It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. Totally love you all. Massive thank you for your dedication and commitment.

15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)What can I say about Gareth ? I hadn’t moved for 32 years and to say I was nervous is an understatement! However Gareth’s calm confidence , warm and professional manner in every aspect of the house sale was amazing . Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap fir coming across as insincere I think that Gareth is the antidote to that . He really is one in a million and I would not hesitate to recommend him . Thank you Gareth from the bottom of my slightly wonky heart for everything .
12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.
