Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
14th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

The first viewing date and time was stuck to. They answered my questions regarding the property and AST terms promptly.<br>If I was in need of an estate agent again service, I would prefer to rent / sell / buy through Henry Adams.
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.
22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

I put all faith in to them and they delivered.<br>Special mention to Madi who was assigned to us selling a parkhome.<br>She was on the ball and knew exactly the process to get it over the line.
