4th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Throughout the process of purchasing and selling (both with Peter David Hebden Bridge) Sandra & Garry were absolutely brilliant, and kept us in the loop with everything, guiding us through and supporting us, with what is a very stressfull time! Nothing was too small for them to sort, even when hurdles were thrown at us. Thanks both!!
8th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.
8th May 2021 (5 years ago)We had a home buyers survey carried out by Jowett's and I'd struggle to recommend them. The survey missed several fairly obvious issues, and when I asked for further information on how to improve the energy efficiency of the property as this was commented on in the report I was given very generic advice which was totally non-specific to the property. Rather disappointing.

24th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Have been horrifically harassed by my next door neighbour who Movemaker are letting agent for. Rang several times complaining of domestic abuse within the home (including police) and neighbour keying my car, tipping a FULL wheelie bin of his rubbish bin on to my property and throwing dog feaces while being verbally abusive, all when intoxicated. This letting agent ignored my complaints which has resulted in police and CPS involvement, also, I was informed by police that they were not letting the owner of property know all this abuse was happening to me and was kept a secret. I would not recommend anyone to rent their property through them.- 23rd Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)Wasted a hour of my time turned up 15 minutes early thinking they would arrive on time phoned after viewing time and said they could not come attend the viewing Absolutely disgraceful no respect for a person's time absolute waste of a company.
11th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Chris and his assistant Sarah are absolutely brilliant. They sold my house STC within 2 days of it being advertised online , couldn't ask for a better service than that . They are both extremely professional in what they do but at the same time very helpful and friendly can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company.

6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would rate negative if I could. Think Homes happens to be renting out a property adjacent to mine. The issue on their property resulted in cutting the water supply for my property for 3 full days now. The agency would not answer the phone "because people take rest at weekends", they would not return messages either. Eventually managed to speak to the admin person Adil who was not particularly helpful. The manager Asif Gul is not available and not returning my messages either. The attitude is atrocious, the level of not caring is second to none. Checked the company info on Companies House register, not impressive. Ended up reporting to the Environmental Health. Recommend to stay away.I do not think the business even cares about the reviews, just trying to warn potential customers.

15th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Although we haven't quite reached the exchanging contracts stage of our house sale, it's worth commenting on the service we've received up to this point. Enfields have delivered a highly professional experience from start to finish. Granted there was a slight delay in the production of our brochures but other than that small matter, we've been super happy with how we've been looked after by the team. Frank and honest conversations at the start of the process about expectations and the reality of the market, great advice on the approach to take, a fun day of staging and photos (with some fabulous results). Then, from the moment we went 'live', Joanne has been great at liaising with us at every step to update on viewings, feedback, and now the particulars of the sale. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a highly professional and credible agency run by people who truly care.
