Furthermore, the water tank was not clean despite a claimed check, and the centralized heating system was damaged with no operating codes provided."<br>I asked about EICR report they have provided a report with wrong address.<br>Altogether 4 heater and water heater is not working. No correspondence and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Wasted 20 weeks of my time Didn’t even sell my home within the agreement time. Many times calling them and they would just let the phone ring, if you left a message they never call back or they tell you someone has booked to view your property when they didn’t. Don’t know how they’re even still open as an estate agents. DO NOT go with this estate agents YOU’LL REGRET IT as your house will be still on the market for years.
