3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

They have really supported us throughout the process and some particularly stressful parts! They have been extremely helpful, kind and reassuring. April and George we have mainly dealt with so we want to thank you both in particular for all your hard work and the rest of the team for going above and beyond for helping us purchase our dream home. 2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Didnt take detailed information about my property and agents were showing people round when they hadnt viewed the property themselves. Gave incorrect information to prospective buyers and didnt actively try to sell the property. Disappointing waste of 12 weeks.

16th May 2022 (4 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Having become extremly disappointed with a high street "brand" estate agent, we dispensed with them & discovered CW Estate Agents. Initially we listened to Tom somewhat tongue in cheek due to our previous experience however, from the minute Tom talked the talk, he & CW walked the talk. Their communication, commitment & focus on us was exceptional. My wife & I spent many years in very senior sales positions, we knew what we wanted by our own standards & CW exceeded these. CW delivered on every level; can't praise them enough & we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this company. Thanks to all at CW, incredible experience.

The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!
