Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. 5th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware
22nd Aug 2019 (6 years ago)The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.

26th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)The agent has letting on the website that are posted as available to when you enquire you are told they are taken. Its kinda misleading, its best to has a let agreed tag or on-offer tag to let others know not to have hopes of something that is no longer available on the market.

21st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Very rubbish service,made an offer for the shop in the chesterfield,Patrick way and never had the response that the offer has been rejected by the landlord,when rang again they told me that the offer has been rejected and then I change my offer and still haven’t heard anything. So don’t recommend at all…
12th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re looking to rent a commercial property. In my experience, I was treated poorly and felt that they took advantage of my situation. They added unnecessary fees when I tried to end the lease, and although they were marketing the property, they never actually showed it to potential tenants—it was essentially me who had to find someone to take over the lease. This agency seems focused on adding fees rather than providing support. My advice: if possible, try to rent directly from a landlord instead. They also are involved in botch repairs and then when they fail, the agency tell you that you are now 100% liable to have the botched repairs, repaired properly. Please seriously look into other ways of renting.

Guy Owen in the building surveying team was very professional and responsive throughout, providing us with a detailed report and offering advice in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guy.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
