4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)How does this business make any money? Aren't they in the business of selling houses? A simple query like 'Can I talk to one of your valuers?' seems to be beyond them. I have rang this company 3 times over the last couple of months because I am thinking of putting my house on the market. The first time I was told the valuer would call me back. He never bothered. I rang again, and again was told the valuer was out on a call and would call me back. he never bothered. I rang a third time and asked to talk to the valuer. The lady at reception asked me questions and then went to talk to the valuer, I believe. Eventually, she hung up on me. Get your act together. You are in the business of selling houses. To sell houses, you need to talk to potential customers. When your receptionist tells a potential customer that you will call them back, then be true to your word and do so. Keep in mind how many estate agents there are in the Oadby area and you are competing with them for business. Answering telephone calls promptly and returning customer calls would be a good start for your business.

On both occasions, I found the team to be extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional. They are reliable and true to their word; whenever they say they will do something, they follow through. It has been a great pleasure working with both Abdullah and Nazir. I can clearly see why Ace Properties has been successfully operating for so many years.

I know the staff and they know me, no changes which makes a real difference. Recently I sold a property too and David and his Team were completely on the ball. They are a local, family owned agent, that makes a huge difference. They know the market, the area and you can trust their integrity and judgement. Thank you Thorps for making a very stressful process manageable.

They provide an outstanding service to both me the landlord, and also the tenants. The team in the office are all very friendly, very efficient and polite. 1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I lived at one of Nav's property for 4 years. And I literally felt like living in my own flat as there was no typical landlord pressure or presence from him. Not only he was transparent and fair when moving in but also when moving out. If anything goes wrong at the flat, he was always able to sort things out immediately and have always been available whenever you call or text. If i ever again looking to rent, i would definitely be going into one of his properties.

They are polite, proactive, and a pleasure to work with. It is clear as day that their buyers & sellers are in safe hands.
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
