16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

15th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Michael from Charles Harding managed to sell our house in 3 weeks time while other agent struggled for 12 weeks. Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! It is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell house quickly.

The entire team have been incredibly supportive and proactive throughout the entire process, especially when encountering unexpected difficulties along the way. Their knowledge of the local market has been invaluable, as has their professional yet extremely friendly advice. We would recommend them without hesitation.

19th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)In the beginning I was treated with keenness but once the property was advertised I received no feedback and had to keep chasing. I wasn’t even told I had a viewing which for me just added to the nonchalance of the overall experience. Sadly I feel quite disappointed by CJ Hole and would not consider using them again or recommending them.
5th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)The property was not sold and the agent was not pro-active, all throughout the advertising stage, there was a lack of communication, did not receive any feedback or appointments on a monthly or weekly update, didn't even let us know, when out of office to pass us on to others whilst on holiday.

27th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Not your usual estate agents ! Down to earth, professional, efficient, helpful & friendly. Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. We have just sold our property, through them & it wasn't the smoothest of sales, but made easier by having these guys being 100% on the ball.

Greg has always been very pleasant and helpful and has acted as an excellent liason between us and the tenants.
