Throughout the process, the team remained professional, helpful and persistent in getting things back on track.<br><br>Communication was good, and I appreciated their advice, patience and efforts in securing a new buyer and progressing the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling a property as part of a family estate can be particularly demanding, so having an experienced and supportive estate agent made a real difference.<br><br>Many thanks to the team at Andrews. They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.

By far what stood out for me is Lamar was never shy to go above and beyond to explain complicated processes or offer an opinion on concerns I had or how we would deal with them. He must be so incredibly busy but at no point did he make me feel like I was asking too much or that he did not have time - he made time for me and the seller and saw us all the way through to what was, by all accounts from my friends and colleagues, a surprisingly pain free and smooth sale.<br><br>Thank you Lamar!
