Overall it was a disappointing service for the cost. Feedback from viewings was either non existent and 3/4 days would pass after nudging for a response. When feedback was given it was always stating the obvious for example I was selling a 2 bed but the viewers wanted a 3 Bed ! Right. When I have finally acquired a buyer it genuinely felt as though they were one sided working, numerous times saying they knew the buyer was always there needs being met. They were extremely unhelpful during negotiation again presenting the buyers stance and requirements as if versed because of them. Ive dealt with numerous estate agents whilst trying to purchase and nothing as come close to there poor un-business like client relationship.... Read more
