The thing that impressed me most when meeting Jake (Senior Negotiator) at JDM was the way that after looking around my property he took time to discuss the local market with me, and used printouts on market activity, demand etc to give me a picture of the local market and where my property was within it. He was patient and answered my questions and really took time to ensure I understood all aspects. The thing that really made an impact was this was at the point of a probate valuation, so I couldnt appoint an agent. (Indeed 2 other agents had walked round for 2 minutes before giving me a valuation practically over their shoulders as they walked out the front door!). It was Jakes time and patience that made me decide to go with JDM when it became time to sell - and im glad I did. This is how they do everything: the right way.
I fell like I have had a highly bespoke service with the care and diligence taken with my sale, truly exceptional.
Jake and Kelly worked hard on the marketing and viewings and I felt that they were invested in giving the very best service possible - feedback was given after viewings promptly and discussed at length. I had proactive meetings from Jake periodically to discuss market movements and aspects tht might be relevant to my sale.
Even when I accepted an offer and the process moved to the dreaded conveyancing stage JDM excelled with the outstanding Sales Progression work of Galena. Where previous house sales had dragged with no idea of what was going on, and additonal stress because of it, this time - due to Galena's hard work - at no point was i left wondering. Galena constantly called and email to keep me updated, advise and support me with updates on the process and especially to act as a link between me the sellor and my buyers. This allowed me to manage any niggles that arose my end effectively. She took 90% of the stress out of this stage - Galena, thank you!!
Ultimately I cant rate JDM highly enough - their service goes beyond what you would hope for when selling your house, and every member of their team is second to none. They are simply Outstanding.

In terms of customer service I’d highly recommend JDM, Scott, Kelly and the team go purchase and sale. Recommended to us by both our neighbours and after having used Westmount before, Scott and Kelly from start to finish gave us a personal, attentive and very transparent relationship. Marketing wise their photos were high end and lifestyle in feel, they included a video, drone shots and premium feel. They ran an open house which received 5 competing offers and while conveyancing was a 9 month pain in the ars due to chain challenges the team reached across multiple agents to progress keeping us, our buyer and the top of the chain linked together when we facing a very weak agent blocking progress ahead of us. I’d use JDM again in a heartbeat - and also - use a full service packing removal company. I don’t think we’d have coped with the stress otherwise. Top marks

jdm has honestly been the kindest, warmest and most professional team we have spoken to in our house buying journey. Kelly and the rest of the team always go out of their way to help, answer questions and guide you through the process. Viewings with jdm are a different experience. There is no rush, no pressure. We were given all the time we needed to understand each house properly, which really matters when you are making such a big decision.

The best way in the world to find a dentist and an estate agent!
Suppose you wanted to find the best dentist in Eltham. You’d ask friends, neighbours, and family and if one name came up more than, say, 2/3 times choosing is a piece of cake. Same holds true if you’re looking for a home. So, when our family said Kelly over at JDM did an amazing job we rang up, chatted and watched a Rolls slip smoothly into action on our behalf. Like dentistry, house hunting can be gut-wrenching but we always felt like we were the most important clients in Eltham.

Everyone knows that buying a house is extremely stressful and time-consuming, and estate agents always get it in the neck. Well, JDM bucked the trend for us, and we formed a great relationship with Kelly who took the time to understand what we were looking for, always treated us like human beings, and always gave us the information we needed when we needed it. By the time we successfully found what we were looking for, we felt like Kelly was more of a friend than an agent representing the seller, even though she was never less than extremely professional in that regard!
We're now deep into the process of purchasing a dream home via JDM, and the communications from JDM continue to be excellent. As a first-time buyer who's been through a lot of stress over the past year of house-hunting, I couldn't be happier or more relieved.

My wife and I contacted 3 local estate agents, and 1 specialist agent when we decided to go on the market. We were very impressed by Scott's polite and courteous manner, his attention to detail in supplying comparable properties for our valuation, and data on JDM's minimal number of price reductions compared to their competitors. We found JDM's photos to be much more impressive than their competitors. We also considered our valuation from JDM to be appropriate and accurate as it led to a fairly quick sale of our property.
Kelly handled all of our viewings and was our point of contact from then on - she is simply an outstanding agent in her manner, her knowledge, & her abilities. JDM was one of 3 estate agents we asked to value our property. Although all 3 agents came up with similar valuations their approach was by far the most professional. This included discussing their marketing strategy in detail which my wife and I found very helpful.
They succeeded in getting a buyer for our property within a month of going to market. They were very proactive, took a lot of trouble ensuring that the house was marketed effectively and their attention to detail in all aspects of our sale was exemplary.
They also worked closely with the eventual buyer and we’ve ended up with a short chain and are reassured that all the necessary financials are in place. Kelly, the negotiator who we worked with, with could not have been more helpful or worked any harder on our behalf.

The JDM team in Eltham have simply been outstanding from first meeting to exchange of contracts. Our chain ended up being a bit of a messy one, but throughout it the team were a port of sanity. The team was always responsive and proactive in engaging the other parties involved, and our custom never felt like it was not a priority for them. Although I'm sure everything that was done was a team effort and my gratitude goes to the whole team, I do have to give a special shout-out to Scott who was outright colossal in the final push when things got a bit hairy, with constant chasing up of other agents/solicitors and daily phone calls to update me. Also worth noting are their highly competitive commission rates, so I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending them.

I bought my property in 2019 in Eltham and due to an ever-expanding family, we decided to sell in January. I had spoken to 3 estate agencies, Harrison Ingram, Westmount Estates and finally JDM.
The first two had priced my property well below my expectations. Harrison Ingram in particular had told me I would get nowhere near what I was looking for.

I am very happy with the service provided by JDM throughout the sale of my flat in Eltham. When I first thought about selling my flat I had about 6 different estate agents in for the property valuation. I knew the sale wasn´t going to be an easy one, as the flat had a relatively short lease and the sale would have to tie in with the lease extension. Most estate agents were not very confident about the whole process, but Scott knew what he was doing, he was positive about the potential of the property and found the best possible way to proceed. JDM managed to get the property on the market and to have 3 offers over the asking price in about 3 weeks time.
It has been a long process and with some ups and down, but thankfully we are almost there and completing in a couple of weeks.
I would highly recommend JDM Eltham.

Pat was absolutely fantastic when renting a property through JDM, and her colleagues who contributed were likewise polite, professional and understanding, giving us room to think before committing, and answering any questions we had.
There were a few quirks with the new place, like the landlord wanting to sell furnishings. We had ample opportunity to view the property, decide we wanted to go ahead and had a separate viewing organised via JDM for running through the furnishings and coming to an arrangement. None of the viewings were rushed or shared with other people.
The tenancy agreement was well written and comprehensive - templated to cover a wide variety of situations that don’t apply fully to all properties (the couple that don’t apply to our rental being septic tank etc.). We were happy with it being clear and concise in terminology, and any clarification on the more legal terms was given upon request.
All the expected information on the property was given alongside the tenancy agreement e.g. gas certificates, tenancy deposit scheme, energy rating of the property. All comprehensive.
Moving in, the property had been professionally cleaned and keys were handed over alongside a complete inventory of the property, with the opportunity to provide comments over the following seven days.
Overall, communication was great with most of our requests/responses going through Pat who answered emails/calls quickly and got back as early as possible where others were involved. It provided a good level of comfort with the clock running down on the previous rental property and the high demand for rental properties generally as people returned to London.
I would highly recommend renting through JDM, as a tenant the process went very well considering some added complexities. A big thank you to those involved, especially Pat.

Scott from JDM is a superb estate agent. He was the first agent to value our home and once he had left us, after his appraisal, we knew we didn’t need to consult other agents. Scott was enthusiastic, positive, straight-talking and confident. He was knowledgable, professional and fair. We were selling our home of twenty one years and Scott displayed great empathy. He also supported us with a rather unconventional purchase ( we were trying to buy a commercial property which the owner wanted to auction). Scott brokered the deal for us, and personally guided it over what was at times, a rather rocky terrain, to a swift completion.
He also verified our buyers’ credentials thoroughly and was always at the end of the phone; including at weekends, evenings and on his days off. He had to make some very difficult calls on our behalf, and we were astounded with his ability to negotiate. Scott thinks outside the box; he has a grasp of the latest marketing trends and we felt he was totally invested in our sale.
We have bought and sold several properties over the years and hand on heart, never have we worked with such a committed and hard working agent. I will be recommending him to all my friends and acquaintances who are thinking of selling.

I moved to South East London from North West London. A big move if you are a Londoner.
Scott was the agent that sold me my house.
With never set foot in South East London, buying a home was a huge risk.
I can honestly say I have never met an agent who is as professional and efficient as Scott is.
No sleazy sales tactics, just pure professionalism.
