We have sold a flat with JDM and we are glad we chose them. All involved; Stuart, Eleanor and Gemma, were very helpful during the marketing and completion process, I was always notified of viewings and kept updated about post viewing feedback. After we accepted an offer, JDM continued with assistance in answering questions and liaising with buyers and their solicitor. Overall, very efficient and good communication.

We had a very poor experience trying to let our property with JDM. We did not receive a single valid offer in over 3 months. The one offer received had a dog which we stated at the outset is not permitted by the headlease. Within 2 weeks of moving to another estate agent, we accepted an offer. I had to regularly chase for updates and re-wrote the listing blurb. I felt it was an overall poor experience with little enthusiasm and drive to complete the letting!

If I could give them 100 stars I would! The level of service and absolute professionalism from JDM in Blackheath has been truly astounding. From the moment I listed my property, to the nail biting end, I could not fault Gemma with her absolute determination to get my sale over the line. Gemma has been so incredibly responsive, very empathetic to my circumstances and so on the ball with every little detail, I honestly don’t know how I would have survived the last few months without her. Gemma was consistently chasing solicitors, updating me on a daily basis and making sure everything was running smoothly and also being so reassuring that everything would work out. In fact the entire team, Eleanor, Elaine and Stuart have followed up so comprehensively, and with great speed, with everything that needed doing. I would not in an instant choose any other estate agent in Blackheath, simply for the fact that they really are such an empathetic and hard working team. They literally tick every box that you could want in an estate agent. I can’t thank them enough!

We had a fantastic experience with JDM, working closely with Gemma and Stuart. From the very beginning, they were warm, approachable and incredibly professional. They immediately put us at ease and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
They took the time to properly research the market and had an open, honest discussion with us about pricing. The figure we agreed on was one we felt very comfortable with — and they were confident in achieving it. That confidence was backed up by a clear strategy and strong execution.
The marketing was excellent. The photos were high quality, the property description was thoughtfully written (not just a generic template), and the listing across platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla was handled seamlessly. Everything felt polished and well-managed.
Communication throughout the process was first-class. They handled interactions with our buyer professionally and efficiently, and were always prompt in responding to any questions or clarifying points for us. We never felt left in the dark.
We came to JDM after a difficult experience with another estate agent, and the difference was truly chalk and cheese. The contrast in professionalism, care and customer focus couldn’t have been clearer.
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Gemma, Stuart and the JDM team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, customer-centric and genuinely supportive estate agent

I listed my property with JDM for over 12months. They advised me to accept an offer to sell without checking if the buyer had a mortgage offer in place (he did not). It took almost 3 months of waiting to progress the sale before I started to push JDM to find out the buyer had no mortgage in place and the sale had fallen through.
I had instructed solicitors and incurred £600 in failed fees all off the back of the advice given to me by JDM.
JDM does not qualify prospective buyers positions before arranging a viewing and from my experience ,even before presenting offers to a vendor.
I moved my property to KFH. It was sold in less than 3 weeks. 5 viewings, 4 offers and my sale was progressed impeccably.
I would urge anyone to think carefully before using JDM. From my recent experience I would strongly suggest avoiding.

Billy was outstanding.
He was efficient, polite and courteous and responded to emails quickly which enabled the rental process to be completed in two weeks from my first viewing!
He truly is an asset to Curran and Pinner.
