Recently sold through Ocean and was very pleased with the service we received.
The initial valuation by Chris was conducted very professionally offering a number of tips to make the property more marketable and ready for viewings. He also gave a very competitive quote for their services.
Sam took care of most of the viewings and was great at giving feedback concerning potential buyers. Once the sale was secured Tanya kept us up to date and on track with the various paperwork to be handled.
Ocean also have a property lawyers branch, who we used, to keep everything within one organisation. I honestly believe this made things easier and improved communications.
