First of all - wow. What an establishment. Superhero Jamie Ashford swooped in to save my faith in humanity. After continuous let downs from other estate agents, I was beginning to think the human race was only out for itself… until we were introduced to the North Street branch of Ocean. Jamie handled our tenancy application with professionalism, speed and rigour, despite various setbacks on our end.<br><br>We will be having a pint in the new flat in your honour, Jamie.

Bought a property through Ocean in Westbury. Viewings were well handled with the estate agents knowledgeable about the property. Melissa in particular was great help throughout the purchase process, driving all parties, keeping me informed and working with me to progress the purchase. She dealt with every challenge that came up, being contactable by email and phone as best suited the discussion. Will definitely be working with Ocean again in the future!

Sadie , Emma and sam have been absolutely brilliant! As first time buyers we had no clue on how buying a house worked but they all explained every step ! From Emma showing us around our new home , Sadie’s help with the exchange and answering all my calls and emails ! And Sam helping sorting out our documents.
