Viewed a house with Joe last night and was the best agent we've had the pleasure of coming across. We've viewed quite a few houses recently and found them all to be very pushy and rushed around asking for offers soon as we got through the door which has put us off everyone. Joe was very helpful and a very nice guy who didn't rush us and felt very laid back and at ease whilst looking round. Much appreciated.

Missed a call from a lady for a viewing, called back to kindly arrange another meeting (and advise email might be best as I work in a busy environment and wouldn’t want to waste their time with missed calls).

The man who answered was highly unprofessional; answered abruptly, fair enough (may have been having a bad day), then was just really rude and unhelpful. Blunt and quite sarcastic. I am new to buying a house but from the lovely reception I’ve had from other estate agents, I’d advise this steer well clear of this one. Sadly I didn’t get the gentleman’s name.

5 stars and highly recommended! Fantastic service from Lily Butler at Ocean estate agency.
Lily was incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and she made everything so much easier, even when away Sam was there as a back up. Their communication was excellent and Lily went above and beyond to help. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agency. Thank you both for such fantastic service!

Paige was great, very helpful and lovely over the phone, especially useful since I was moving from a different country.

The secondary agency that handled moving however did call several times at difficult hours due to the time difference (e.g. 1am) and then when I informed them that it was not an appropriate time they tried to keep me on the phone with ‘since I’ve got you…’ which was frustrating.

Everyone at Ocean was so friendly and supportive from helping us find houses, giving us viewing and making sure we were able to find a property that met our renting conditions. I met with both Sophie and Jasmine and they were the loveliest people! Thank you so much :)

Really friendly staff, informative about the properties I visited, proactive in suggesting properties that might suit my requirements, and followed up on any queries I had.

Debbie and her colleagues at ocean were genuinely great during the process of buying our house. She was easy to get hold of if we had any questions and would go out of her way to keep us updated throughout the process. Also Anais who showed us round initially was great too.
