When I first appraoched ocean when I was evaluating agents, they were very good at communicating and provided all necessary information clearly.
Once I agreed to use them. I found that they were slower than I would have liked and it took a few weeks to get the apartment on the market. I had to chase to get a for sale sign up outside the building. Little things like that made the experience working with Ocean average rather than great

I bought a property through Ocean and I was impressed by how well the process from offer to completion was managed by Debbie. The chain and legal side ended up getting quite complicated and she did a lot of chasing to keep it moving. Debbie kept me well informed throughout, so much so that I almost never contacted her first - she’d already proactively informed me what I needed to know.
