I had a really positive experience selling my flat through Ocean and Sadie was fantastic throughout — friendly, responsive and always easy to deal with.
The process took longer than expected due to delays on the buyer’s side, but Sadie kept things moving and kept me well informed at every stage. I always felt supported and reassured during this stressful time.
I’d happily recommend Sadie and the team and am very grateful for all her help.

We had a really great experience with our estate agents. Emily was incredibly helpful and always kept us in the loop throughout the process. Anytime we had questions, she was quick to help and explain things clearly, which made everything feel much easier. Joe was also great to deal with. We were lucky not to be in a chain, so everything moved quickly and it took less than three months from our initial enquiry to completion. Overall, a really smooth experience and we’d definitely recommend them.

Would really recommend this estate agents, especially for new time renters. The whole process is handled very promptly and they take care to explain everything through so you know what to expect the whole time. Really good at communication, I spoke to Charlotte a lot and she always responded quickly and kindly making sure to keep me informed when I was unsure of anything.
