Having put my house on the market in February staff at Wards Herne Bay I dealt with Freya, Shane and Emily and have found all to be really helpful and informative. Shane has kept me updated all the way through. House was off the market for a few weeks due to personal circumstances then put back on. A good steady flow of potential buyers and have now sold within the 3 weeks since it was back on. Thank you Wards!!

I'm the buyer in a chain, and Wards is working on behalf of the seller. I have found them very obstructive to work with, and I've received emails with incorrect information etc etc. The team seem to have been providing false information to the seller's team, which is a little frustrating.

I purchased a property which I found at the New Ash Green branch. Rian was dealing with everything and all I can say is how amazing he was. He was so helpful, polite and nothing was to much trouble. They were excellent during our recent purchase of our dream house! We were looking for almost 2 years and we’re shown round a lot of properties by wards and I found the staff honest and they really understood what we needed especially Anne who showed us round a few properties and was able to give us good advice and reassurance as first time buyers. Once we eventually found our forever home (which we we‘re shown round by another lovely young lady although I forget her name) the process was smooth and very well managed and Anne was constant contact through the process and even phoned a few weeks later to ensure we were happy and settling in well! Thank you wards and your lovely staff!!

We had our challenges with buyers lower in the chain pulling out and us risking losing the house we had set our hearts on, however Louise and the team on particular Nicola worked tirelessly to keep things moving, even working on days off to ensure she got the sale over the line. It was a very stressful 8 months but we never once lost faith in the Wards at Welling team and would always recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agents they can trust. We want to say a huge thank you to them all .

Just wanted to drop a quick line to say a huge thank you to Jack for all his help and the professional manner in which he dealt with selling our home yesterday. It was great to have him here to deal directly with the potential buyer and to spend such a decent amount of time showing her around. The other thing I noted and really liked was the way Jack came across with the buyer - assertive and straight forward in his communication and approach with such a good knowledge and explanation of the property without any element of an awful pushy hard sell which never impresses me in any area. Very nicely done exactly what you need in an agent when you are selling.
Our thanks to Terry too, always lovely to speak with her arranging potential viewers, every call a lovely positive uplifting experience. All very nicely done.
Will 100% recommend you to anyone else I know who is selling in the area.

We have just purchased a property through Wards West Kingsdown, from the first viewing through to completion the team were very professional but also very approachable and understanding. Jules , Ryan and Charlie in the office were excellent and Kim in sales progression was outstanding . Would highly recommend.
