This is the 3rd time I have used Webbers, the very first time to buy a property and because of the way they handled that, I have used them twice since. I have used many Estate Agents in the past 30 years and Webbers at Braunton are special and exceptional. The way they work together as a team is why they are significantly better than all the rest. I cannot fault Webbers at all, from the minute you put your property on the Market you instantly feel like they fall in love with your home, convey this to buyers and build very strong relationships with the buyer and seller. There is nothing professionally they won't do to help you, viewings, tidying, quick hoover, they really are special. I have no doubt their ratio of offer to actual completion is significantly better than all competition. As first time landlords, we were grateful to be guided all the way through the process by Grace at the Braunton office. From the initial evaluation of our property to viewings, tenant selection & vetting, Grace efficiently and quickly organised everything. Not having too many tradespeople to call upon, the team were also able to organise things like the EPC certificate, electrical safety certificate and gas safety check through their pool of preferred contractors, all of whom were very professional themselves. I can highly recommend this very professional and competent estate agent. At every stage, they listened to what I wanted, they gave great advice and all the staff, without exception, were fantastic. Lindsay was especially helpful, and able to draw on her huge experience several times. Without her experience, the sale would have taken much, much longer to go through, and time was not a luxury I could afford!
