Write from the initial contact and the valuation, confidence was created. The property brochure was well photographed, designed, and with the language carefully crafted.
Whenever we phoned the office, which ever member of staff answered was readily able to either respond personally or no immediately how to obtain an appropriate response.
They were well organised and enthusiastic team.

Overall our experience has been good. A few hiccups which staff responded too, communication in person is great, not always responsive via email but easily accessible via phone.
Haven't got any complaints about the company or any staff we have dealt with.
