Thank you to Nick. We asked for a valuation and Nick was able to do it straight away. Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. Ollie was incredibly helpful from the very first phone call to book our first viewing to us signing our Contract. We bought our house through Bairstow Eves and got our mortgage through Zoe.
Zoe made the whole process SO easy for getting a new mortgage, I couldn’t believe it. She was transparent and very professional. When changes were needed, she made them seem seamless. Would highly recommend her.
The sales team were great. Jonathan, who I had most interaction with, was always cordial, a delight to interact with and just made the communication with our seller very easy.
Thanks to the team’s responsiveness, they helped us move in a chain in 4 months - basically unheard of these days.

I had my property on with another agent and I had one viewing in a month. I then moved to Bairstow Eves and Amy and Will were fantastic and managed to find tenants within a few days. The whole process was very seamless with them and they kept on top of everything brilliantly, would highly recommend them!

We recently bought our home through Bairstow Eves Kenley and it has been a real pleasure dealing with the whole team there. The experience has genuinely been excellent. The team have been incredible helpful, supportive and proactive from start to finish. A special mention to Dianne who has been kind, patient and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we felt informed and reassured.
