Rylie was so helpful and welcoming throughout the whole letting process. She was friendly, professional, and always very quick to answer any questions I might have.<br>Went the extra mile with accommodating a second viewing so my 7 year old could have his own viewing.<br>Would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Bairstow Eves East Croydon, and I would particularly like to thank Rezah, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of securing my new home.<br><br>When I contacted Rezah about a property I was very interested in, he managed to arrange a viewing for me that very same day, within approximately three hours of my call. By the following morning, I had already received confirmation that I had secured the property, along with the links to complete the necessary paperwork.<br><br>Having rented through several agencies before, I was genuinely impressed by how efficient and seamless the entire process was. Everything was handled online through a well-organised system, with clear instructions and no unnecessary duplication of paperwork or repeated requests for the same information. It was easily one of the smoothest and most straightforward rental experiences I've had.<br><br>I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches along the way, including a lovely welcome pack. Shortly after moving in, I was proactively contacted by the property management team, who introduced themselves and explained how to report maintenance issues and what to expect. This level of communication and coordination is something I haven't experienced with other letting agencies, and it made a very positive impression.<br><br>A special thank you to Rezah, whose responsiveness, professionalism and helpful approach made such a difference. Having previously experienced some difficult rental situations, I was honestly dreading the prospect of searching for another home and going through the entire letting process again, particularly while dealing with other changes in my life. Rezah made what could have been another stressful experience feel remarkably simple and straightforward.<br><br>Most importantly, he helped me secure a property I genuinely wanted, and I am very grateful for his support.<br><br>I would happily recommend Bairstow Eves East Croydon to anyone looking to rent. Their efficient systems, excellent communication and thoughtful customer service really stood out, and Rezah in particular deserves recognition for going the extra mile. Thank you!

Had some issues in the beginning with the buyers, but once I aired my concerns to David he was very helpful and kept me updated with everything which put my mind at ease. Also Maria was always there at the end of the phone. I also would like to Thank Katrina for coming to the property and getting all this started, and Thank you to Mohammed for doing all the viewings
