Linas at Barnard Marcus has managed our tenanted property for over ten years, and I can't recommend him highly enough.<br>We're overseas landlords, so we rely entirely on our agent to be our eyes and ears on the ground — and Linas has never once given us cause for concern. He's taken us through three or four tenancy changeovers, each handled smoothly, and when issues come up he deals with them promptly and keeps us properly informed.<br>Ten years of consistently going above and beyond. Genuinely trustworthy, and a large part of why owning a rental property in London has been stress-free for us.
