BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund.
DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY
We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester.

Update November 2025
We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.

Dawn was fantastic in handling our case. She was helpful and flexible. Her hard work helped speed up the moving process by a week, which was crucial for us given our circumstances. Was a pleasure to work with. Moving out was dead smooth too. Highly recommend!

I was not a tenant or landlord but had the misfortune to have dealings with their property sales people. Despite multiple attempts to get them to pay me a couple of hundred pounds that they owed me they did not respond, that despite visiting the office on a number of occasions and also emails and phone calls. Highly unprofessional I would not recommend dealing with Belvoir Aberdeen.

We have nothing but good things to say about Belvoir, they looked after us very well and always kept us up to date with the proceedings of us buying our first house. Alison is the person who looked after our purchase and was very friendly and answered any silly questions we had as first time buyers. Thank you very much everyone at Belvoir especially Alison!!

I used Belvoir to rent my property out for five months whilst I went travelling and I was so impressed and happy with every single staff member I came into contact with, special thanks to Sophie and Katy for finding tenants even though it was a short let and the amazing communication I experienced throughout and the support given by Katy when the tenants proved to be challenging at times was very much appreciated, thank you Katy for your professionalism, your patience, your unwavering support and your excellent communication skills, If I rent my flat out again I want you to look after it for me, I trust you 100%!

Belvoir Evesham already came highly recommended to me when I approached them. This proved to be well merited as I found Belvoir Evesham to be a highly professional and experienced team to work with. Rob really understands the property market and demonstrates a real passion for the business and supporting his clients. He has been a great partner throughout the process of renting a property. When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed.
To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges.
I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.
