Renting my first apartment was made easy with Belvoir. Ellie has been so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process and I could not be happier with the way everything has been handled. Ellie is super responsive and always has the answer to any questions we have, Belvoir has been brilliant as a first time renter. If you want a letting agent who is always quick to respond, incredibly kind and helpful that is Ellie.

I was not a tenant or landlord but had the misfortune to have dealings with their property sales people. Despite multiple attempts to get them to pay me a couple of hundred pounds that they owed me they did not respond, that despite visiting the office on a number of occasions and also emails and phone calls. Highly unprofessional I would not recommend dealing with Belvoir Aberdeen.

"Belvoir know what they are doing; I'll give them that. One of the biggest obstacles to completion on a property deal, once you're inside one, is ongoing communication (between vendor, buyer and solicitors), and Belvoir are on that.<br><br>Liam Hack was on our case, knowing exactly what to say, when to chase, when to hold, how to reassure, and how to flag. This shaved weeks off what otherwise could have been far more complex and difficult, had we relied solely on the solicitors.<br><br>They did an absolutely exceptional job; it's refreshing to see that level of professionalism."
