BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund.
DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY
We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester.

Update November 2025
We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.

Dawn was fantastic in handling our case. She was helpful and flexible. Her hard work helped speed up the moving process by a week, which was crucial for us given our circumstances. Was a pleasure to work with. Moving out was dead smooth too. Highly recommend!

I was not a tenant or landlord but had the misfortune to have dealings with their property sales people. Despite multiple attempts to get them to pay me a couple of hundred pounds that they owed me they did not respond, that despite visiting the office on a number of occasions and also emails and phone calls. Highly unprofessional I would not recommend dealing with Belvoir Aberdeen.

We have nothing but good things to say about Belvoir, they looked after us very well and always kept us up to date with the proceedings of us buying our first house. Alison is the person who looked after our purchase and was very friendly and answered any silly questions we had as first time buyers. Thank you very much everyone at Belvoir especially Alison!!

Fantastic experience! We highly recommend Belvoir Tilehurst for their outstanding customer service! Belvoir stood out as the best after house valuations with 4 local estate agents. We knew we were in safe hands with Jason for our house sale. A personal service, rather than a sales conveyor belt. Jason came across as professional, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. We knew he'd do the very best for us and he did. He listened, understood and respected our specific requirements and made positive suggestions based on his experience. Jason was our main contact but all of the team work like a well oiled machine. A special thanks to Jason but also to Gary and Jessica for their part in the sale, progression and completion. Viewings were lined up straight away and we accepted a very good offer within days of first marketing. Jason was proactive, promptly dealt with queries, kept us updated and gave us good advice throughout. We were well looked after. Sending a huge thanks from us! We'd happily deal with Belvoir Tilehurst again and highly recommend them.

The property I am renting has a leaking kitchen ceiling and a boiler that drops pressure at least a couple of times a week. I reported the issues for repairs months ago but I am still waiting for a response and a fix. Feels like poor customer service to me.
