They lied about a shared access at a property just to get people to look at it. It was a lie and very misleading. This was only a right of way. The minute it was changed nobody came to see the property for sale. but the damage was already done. somebody had agreed to buy it.

I had a valuation by Beresford Adams and it was conducted by Rhian who was excellent. I was previously torn between a local agent with local knowledge or a national chain with all the backup. With Beresford Adams you have the best of both worlds. Rhian had a huge depth of local knowledge but you also have the resources of a national chain behind you too. Not only was she completely professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and took time to find out my personal circumstances. She then offered some well received advice and arranged a meeting with her "buy to let" colleague.<br><br>Thank you Rhian. ????????????

Really pleased with the service we received from Beresford Adams during our move to Maes Offa.<br>From the first enquiry through to getting the keys, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Joshua Smaje was especially helpful throughout, friendly, responsive and always happy to answer questions or help with anything we were unsure about.<br>Moving house is never completely stress-free, but Joshua made the whole process feel much easier and more straightforward. We are very happy with Maes Offa and genuinely appreciate the support we received along the way.<br>A big thank you to Joshua and the team, highly recommended.

We had a brilliant experience - from our initial contact with Joanna, who was really helpful from the moment of our first meeting, right through the process and to exchange and completion. The team is exceptional, with our sincerest thanks also being extended to Julie, Ela and Claire in the team. All colleagues were professional, superb and reassuring. Lovely team, respectful and responsive. But I still lament the fact that a house I had an offer accepted & nearly purchased was last minute flagged up as a grade 2 listed building near to completion by my solicitor… which had no CADW approval for the major renovations. Surprise and shock for someone none the wiser. The listed status should have been on the initial adverts from Beresford but it wasn't. It cost me nearly £700 for the survey alone plus solicitors fees to showcase the issue. Resulted in a very expensive + time wasting situation on my part, which was horrendous. Blame afterwards was placed by Beresford to the owner for not advising them ahead. Just my experience to share, as it could have been an even more expensive and a legal mess had my solicitor not caught it. Painful, expensive and should have been flagged up…

Landlords avoid this company. They are shambolic, a lack of transparent process and the left hand unable or unwilling to tell the right hand what’s happening. The type of company in our experience that give private landlords a bad name and make our job tougher than it already is in the current climate. Most certainly do not consider the deposit scheme with them.
