I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

I can’t express how amazing Jayde and her team have been in helping with the sale of my house. She has done so much to get it across the finishing line. What can I say? Katie and the team at Cubitt & West were simply first class. Communication was always clear, there was absolutely no BS, and they were incredibly responsive at every stage of the sale of our flat.<br><br>A special shout out to Tamsin and Alessandra too — both fantastic throughout.<br><br>Estate agents can get a lot of negative press, but these guys proved that stereotype completely wrong. Professional and genuinely great to deal with.<br><br>Highly recommended!

We genuinely cannot sing Cameron’s (Haywards Heath branch) praises highly enough. He has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish, and after the journey we’ve had selling our property, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without him.<br><br>Cameron saw us through not one, not two, but FOUR failed property sales due to broken chains — through absolutely no fault of ours or the house — and every single time, he was there ready to pick things straight back up and get us moving again. He worked tirelessly to get our property relisted, arrange new viewings and generate fresh interest, often within incredibly small turnaround times. His efficiency and determination were second to none.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Cameron was responsive, professional, proactive and, perhaps most importantly, truly understanding of just how stressful and disheartening the situation could be. We didn't sell, had hardly any viewings. They said the market was bad at the moment which may have been the case, but it was more the lack of communication that made us decide to try someone else.
