I’d like to say a huge thank you to Ellie and Kate at Cubitt & West for their fantastic support throughout the sale of my house. Very professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.
Their customer service has been excellent — always keeping me updated, answering any questions quickly, and making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.

I had a meeting with Kelly from Cubit and West to discuss the potential value of my house. Because we only needed a valuation and have no immediate plans to sell the house I let Kelly know this in advance. In spite of this she really took her time to carry out the valuation and to present me with comparable sales in the area. She was very friendly and helpful and shared a lot of her expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cubit and West and will be sure to appoint them when we decide to sell.

cubitt & west have been a breath of fresh air for us! dealing with previous estate agents were a nightmare we were never getting our issues sorted or even our phone calls answered. the first day we moved into our new rented property we had a couple of teething issues things weren’t working quite as they should, when i contacted becky to let her know about these issues she had it resolved within a matter of hours. she also helped us with the moving in process. nothing felt rushed or like we were being forced into a decision and helped us the whole way regarding questions about the property. can definitely recommend and hopefully they will help us buy our own home one day!

Impressed with the energy and enthusiasm from the moment we met Cailean, Matt and Maddie.
It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared.
