We had a great experience with Dixons and would highly recommend them.
They managed to sell our property within just 5 days, which was fantastic, and were incredibly supportive throughout our purchase as well. The whole team were helpful, responsive, and professional from start to finish.

Very poor experience with this estate agent. Three days ago, I managed to get through on the phone, but was told they were busy and that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came.
Since then, I’ve tried contacting them again multiple times over the past two days, but no one answers the phone and there’s still been no callback. It’s extremely frustrating to be left waiting with no communication at all.
A simple return call would have made a big difference, but the complete lack of follow-up and responsiveness feels very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend their service based on this experience.

With the help of Ian, we have completed the purchase of our first home.
I would like to reccomend Ian to any one looking to get on the property ladder as he has been through an through amazing! the whole process was explained well, we felt very at easy knowing what is happening at every step. I honestly cannot rate Korron, Daniella & Neela highly enough. I had previously worked with a different estate agents and gave up with them. So I decided to sell my home through Dixons (as I initially purchased that same property through them). I was a little concerned to begin with as it was one of the more expensive quotes but looking back at the journey, it was money well spent! They were always so lovely when I called or was concerned around something. I was out of the country for a couple of weeks at one point and said I would be out of contact until X date and they called me without prompting when I got back to give me an update and let me know how everything went.
It was a great experience as they owned pretty much everything in the journey so I could get on with other things in my life!

I wanted to take the time to thank Richard, Vicky, Chloe and any other team member that helped my Mum. It was a very difficult journey but everyone couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. They worked really hard and had lots of patience and understanding.
