Excellent service from start to finish. We switched to Fox and Sons after 6 weeks of very little interest and had a buyer the first day. Aaron kept in touch and was proactive throughout. House selling is stressful but they made it as smooth as possible.

Highly recommend Thomas for mortgages.
Thomas was incredibly helpful throughout our mortgage journey. His communication was excellent, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Even though our case was quite complex, he guided us through the process smoothly and secured the best mortgage deal available to us. We highly recommend him!

Simon, Annabel & Team
From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way.
I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance.
The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line.
My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales.
That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!
