I can’t thank Jordan enough for all her help and support throughout the mortgage process. I had a really positive experience with the Mortgage Advisor Leah Stephens. Although I ultimately didn’t take my mortgage through them, the advice and guidance I received was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions.<br><br>I really appreciated the honest and helpful advice, and I never felt pressured to proceed. Even though I didn’t end up using their services for my mortgage, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy mortgage advice.

Like many others, all they want is your signature on the agreement, they put it on rightmove etc and that's it. No one does any work anymore. Not even a call from them after going "live". Not recommended.

I dealt with Ben and Kirsty mainly.<br>I had my initial meeting at my property and discussed the strategy. Which was adhered to. And an offer accepted.<br>I found from day one , the agents were extremely professional. As things were frustrating at times dealing with the solicitors, left hand right hand scerino.<br>I found and problems were escalated and I had an answer . Within 24hrs.<br>Nothing was too much bother for the team in general.<br>I was so impressed, that my daughter is in the process of letting her property through Fox & Sons..<br>1st estate agent that listened with a clear plan.<br>I highly rate the team at this particular agency. WELL DONE, House sold.

Sean & team have been amazing with selling my Great Uncle's Bungalow in Romsey. He is 90, and decided to move closer to the family, and i was very worried about the process of him dealing with an estate agent, but as soon as i spoke to Sean, i knew he was the right person for the job! He was caring, informative and understanding of the whole situation. My uncle liked to 'pop' in to the office now and again to check in, and Sean was always friendly and welcoming to him. The viewings were always accompanied and he was always given feedback. If you are thinking about using this agent, DO IT - you won't be dissapointed.<br>Thanks so much again for all of your hard work.

Terrible service. I had a Valuation appointment at 10:00 today with Adele but it is now 12:15 and she has FAILED to turn up. Also she FAILED to give me a phone call.
