We had the most positive experience with Almer when it came to finding our next flat! After lots of viewings with other agents and companies, we had been feeling quite deflated, however Almer completely turned that around. He really listened to what we were looking for in a property and promptly arranged a viewing for an upcoming flat that ticked all the boxes. On the day of the viewing, he came prepared with all the key information about the property, which we really appreciated, and took the time to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Almer has such a kind manner and was incredibly professional throughout the whole process. After we put in our offer and it was accepted that same day, he worked so hard to get everything organised for a speedy move-in. We really can't thank him enough for going above and beyond, even working over the weekend to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible.<br><br>Moving can be a stressful process, but Almer made it feel so much easier. We couldn't be more appreciative of all the time and effort he put in to help us, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his clients. I’d like to share my experience with Foxtons Balham, in particular with Jack Delgado.<br>I had booked a viewing for a house in Balham with Jac a few weeks ago. The appointment was at noon. I arrived and — besides being poorly greeted — he did not remember we had an appointment and had no idea as to which property I was meant to view. Worse than that — he then said that the property went under offer the night before, therefore wasting my time as I commuted down south to Balham. I would have appreciated some clear, professional communication. Some ideas for improvement, perhaps: he could have contacted me and informed me that the property went under offer?

Our Sales Manager Isabelle at Foxtons Fulham Broadway was incredible. A very knowledgeable and articulate agent. She guided us through 10 months of unfortunate circumstances, and eventually secured us a sale in a very difficult market. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a capable agent.

AVOID their property management department at all costs, especially this location! Completely terrible, dodges repairs, even phone calls, enable absentee landlords just to charge them such high fees repairs are never carried out. Knowingly renting out mould ridden and structurally unsound properties in Southwark.
