After initially being put off Foxtons by their higher selling fees, I tried other agents first but had no luck in this difficult market. After too long on the market, I popped into New Malden and was struck by the positive attitude of Jasmine who persuaded me to have a valuation. I'm so glad I did. The flat sold quickly and we have just completed. I mostly dealt with Kieran who was professional, personable and very positive, even through a difficult spell with our purchaser. Thank you Foxtons.

My family and I had a really good experience working with Larisa Asimenei, who showed us a few properties and was always proactive and professional. Avoid these estate agents.<br><br>In my experience, they appear far more concerned about landlords than the tenants who pay their fees indirectly through their rent.<br><br>I moved into a supposedly luxury‘new-build’ flat that was filthy, damaged and excessively overheated. The conditions were so bad that they affected my health. Throughout my 13-month tenancy, I was repeatedly given excuses, misled and left chasing the company to resolve ongoing issues.<br><br>I had over a dozen visits from various tradesmen attempting to fix major problems with the flat, yet the whole experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.<br><br>Despite requesting the landlord’s contact details in writing at the start of my tenancy, they refused to provide them. When it came to the return of my deposit, which should have been dealt with within 10 days under the terms of my tenancy agreement, I did not receive it until day 24, after having to chase them repeatedly.<br><br>What I find particularly frustrating is that they are very quick to send reminders when rent is due, yet getting a timely response or having legitimate tenant concerns addressed is an entirely different matter.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think carefully before renting through this company. My 13 months dealing with them were stressful, disappointing and completely unacceptable.
