We had the most positive experience with Almer when it came to finding our next flat! After lots of viewings with other agents and companies, we had been feeling quite deflated, however Almer completely turned that around. He really listened to what we were looking for in a property and promptly arranged a viewing for an upcoming flat that ticked all the boxes. On the day of the viewing, he came prepared with all the key information about the property, which we really appreciated, and took the time to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Almer has such a kind manner and was incredibly professional throughout the whole process. After we put in our offer and it was accepted that same day, he worked so hard to get everything organised for a speedy move-in. We really can't thank him enough for going above and beyond, even working over the weekend to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible.<br><br>Moving can be a stressful process, but Almer made it feel so much easier. We couldn't be more appreciative of all the time and effort he put in to help us, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his clients. I recently secured an apartment to rent in London through Foxtons, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
As I live around 2.5 hours away, a clear and honest video viewing was really important. Many agents I contacted were either slow, vague, or failed to show key details properly, but Amir and Jamal were completely different. The video was transparent, showing the property, access, street, parking, and residential setting clearly.
Communication was quick, professional, and straightforward throughout. Amir and Jamal gave clear guidance, helped move the application along quickly, and made what is usually a very stressful rental search feel much easier.
Really impressed with the service; clear, upfront, and reliable. Thank you to Amir and Jamal for making the process so smooth.
