It’s a challenging market now and the house is old… meaning “character” for some and “too much needed to modernise”, for others. Foxtons was down to earth and practical at all times, understood the psychology of potential buyers as a group and gave optimal advise. I believe we got the best price we were likely to get.

Really appreciate the help from Oram. We viewed two homes with him, and although they weren't the right fit, he was a massive help. He shared a lot of his own experience and local knowledge about the area, and he also took the time to explain the May 1st Act and how it impacts us as tenants, which helped us gain a much better understanding of it.

We bought our first home through Foxtons Stratford and were really impressed with the whole team and the support they provided throughout the process.
In particular, our main contact De’Andre was incredibly conscientious and thoughtful. He was proactive in keeping us updated and always very quick to follow up on any questions or issues that arose. We really appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and warmth, which made the experience far less daunting as first?time buyers.

I would like to share my experience with landlords who are thinking of using Foxtons letting services. Foxtons will be very happy to take full year commission from you the moment they have found a tenant for you but they will not refund you in cash if your tenant moves out early say after month 2 in my case. They will not return you the commission even if you no longer wish to rent out your property. Be very careful if you are considering using Foxtons. I see the business practice as totally unfair and have shared with all my neighbours and community groups. People need to be aware of it. I will share it over the social platforms as well to promote awareness. Think about selling your property through Foxtons. Would you want to use a company like this? I wouldn’t.

Absolute worthless of a staff.
Ross , one of their property managers is not prompt with his replies or actions. We were kept in the cold for two weeks in the winter while our Boiler and heating was not sorted. I have recurrent tonsillitis and had raised this issue from before in September, but they did not pay any heed. Even one of the shower drains was broken. The agent from the letting agency asked us to pay 100 pounds extra each month, not disclosing that the flat has these problems. All their other reviews here are probably bought. Use your brains and opt for better letting agencies.

I really enjoyed working with Aberan at Foxtons. He was very personable , understood what we liked and helped arranging viewings in a very efficient way sometimes even at last minute . His communication was also excellent . Would 100% recommend him for anyone looking in the Harrow area!
